- Workspace content such as boards, tasks, comments, files, approvals, and custom fields.
- Operational information such as browser details, security logs, audit events, and usage diagnostics.

2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Trellis, maintain tenant isolation, authenticate users, deliver notifications, support customers, troubleshoot problems, comply with law, and improve the service.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with infrastructure, security, communication, analytics, and payment providers acting on our instructions. When billing launches, payment-card information will be processed by our payment provider and not stored by Trellis.
4. Workspace administrators
Your organization's workspace administrators manage membership, permissions, exports, and retention within their workspace. Contact your administrator first for workspace-specific requests.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information while an account is active and as needed for security, backups, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Authorized administrators can remove workspace records; account or privacy requests can be sent to us.
6. Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, audit logging, tenant-scoped queries, backups, and other safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. We use appropriate contractual and technical protections as required by applicable law.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
9. Children
Trellis is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.
