Terms of Service

1. Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity performed through your account. You must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable use

You may use Trellis for lawful project and work management. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the platform, upload malicious content, or infringe another party's rights.

3. Workspace data

You retain ownership of content you submit. You authorize us to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Trellis. Workspace administrators control member access and are responsible for their organization's use.

4. Availability and changes

Trellis may change as the product develops. We may perform maintenance, add or remove features, or suspend access when necessary for security, legal compliance, or service integrity.

5. Fees

Any future subscription price, billing interval, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation policy will be disclosed at checkout before payment. We will not charge an account without an explicit purchase authorization.

6. Termination

You may stop using Trellis at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms, subject to applicable law and reasonable notice where appropriate.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” JolexWeb Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for Trellis during the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
